Sweet and sour beef with mushrooms



Ingredients:

400-500 g beef - cut into small pieces
10 mushrooms - sliced 
Some spring onions and/or onions finely sliced
A clove of garlic
2 teaspoon sliced ginger
Vegetable or sesame oil to fry

To marinate the beef:

2 table spoon brown sugar
2 table spoon soy sauce
1 table spoon white wine or rice vinegar
1 table spoon balsamic vinegar
1 table spoon corn flour
Preparation:


Mix the sugar, soy sauce, wine or rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, corn flour and marinade the beef in it for 45 minutes.

Heat oil in a hot wok or heavy based pan.

Add the beef and stir-fry for one minute, stirring constantly to prevent beef from sticking together.

Remove the beef and leave the remaining oil to stir in garlic, ginger and onions and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Stir constantly.

Return beef to the wok and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Cover and cook until the sauce is sticky.
